Cinephobia President Raymond Murray acquired the film from Director Tadeo Pestaña Caro on behalf of his production company Mesa Chica Cine. A Few Feet Away is set to release on VOD, digital platforms, and Unrated Director’s Cut DVD on December 9.
An “energetic, sexy, unpredictable film” (Queerguru), A Few Feet Away stars Max Suen, Jazmín Carballo, Esteban Kukuriczka, Débora Nishimoto, and Martín Shanly. It was produced by Malena Suárez, with Tadeo Pestaña Caro and Eugenia Gonzalía serving as Executive Producers.
The film world premiered at BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival and held its North American Premiere at Reeling: The Chicago LGBTQ+ International Film Festival.
