Keshet Houston and QJews hosts Pride events for the LGBTQ & Jewish communities

Keshet Houston and QJews, two local Jewish LGBTQ organizations, invite members of the Jewish and LGBTQ communities to join us for our upcoming Pride activities:

On Saturday night, June 6, we invite the Jewish community to march with us in the LGBTQ Pride Parade. The parade route is in Downtown Houston.  Individual marchers should go to www.keshethouston.org for information and to RSVP.  If attending as a group from your organization, please contact us directly.

Then, on Friday, June 26, we will hold our annual celebration of Jewish and LGBTQ pride with services and a festive, kosher dinner at Congregation Beth Yeshurun, 4525 Beechnut.  Erev Shabbat services are at 6:15 pm.  Afterward, we will gather in Stein Hall for the dinner and program.  Reservations for dinner are required at www.keshethouston.org before Sunday, June 21. The cost is $25 per person.  Reduced prices for students are available.  Others who are unable to afford dinner should contact Keshet Houston directly.
