The director of Gone, But Not Forgotten offers a touching and inspiring movie about a young gay man who might let an accident ruin his chances of happiness. Explorations of romance and tragedy make this independent drama a memorable experience.

Image The website for Chicago the Musical boasts: CHICAGO has everything that makes Broadway great: a universal tale of fame, fortune and all that jazz; one show-stopping-song after another; and the most astonishing dancing you've ever seen.  Those are bold and grand claims, and they are all true!

I am heading to see the Blue Man Group at Bass Hall.  I love going to the Bass for two reasons.  The quality of their offerings and their location. Situated in the middle of Sundance Square, you can park once and take in all Downtown Fort Worth has to offer.  Sundance has a vibe and energy unlike downtown in any other large city around the state.

I love the premise of God of Carnage.  I went into the theater hoping for a smart look at an issue that comes into the news now and again.  A set of educated, smart, sensible parents are brought together by a playground altercation between their two eleven year old sons.  They are together to resolve a playground incident between their respective sons that resulted in one of the boys losing his teeth.

Memphis Brings Broadway Caliber Tour to Dallas PDF Print E-mail

I was really looking forward to opening night of Memphis at the Musical Hall at Fair Park in Dallas.  The four time Tony Award Winner (including 2010's Best Musical) was lauded as Broadway at its' best.  I was cautious with my enthusiasm, as last time I was this excited about a show was Young Frankenstein The Musical and it was a monster.  Memphis however lives up to the hype.  With a cast featuring some of the Broadway cast Memphis not only doesn't disappoint it exceeded my wildest expectations.

Green Days American Idiot was the CD of a Generation, it came about when the band's completed tracks for the CD “Cigarettes & Valentines”.  Instead of rerecording they desided they wanted to create a rock opera inspired by The Who's “Tommy”  the completed project would prove equally important.
