Celebrity Bitch Smackdown: Wendy Williams vs. Omarosa
By Jonas Oliver

Jul 22, 2008

Reality star Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth appeared on today’s episode of Wendy Williams' eponymous daytime chatfest The Wendy Williams Show on Fox and immediately got testy for no apparent reason at all with the controversial talks show host.

Though she was booked to promote her new book, The Bitch Switch, Omarosa walked on the set of Williams program ready to wage war on a different agenda. After an initial kiss and hug, the catfight began in earnest with Omarosa inexplicably announcing that she would ‘not be disrespected’.

Williams and her attitudinal guest then engaged in a tug of war over a copy of The Bitch Switch, which Omarosa inexplicably refused to hold up for the camera to capture.

It was all downhill from there.

While Willams eventually called Omarosa “a typical angry black woman” and suggested that she perpetuated negative stereotypes of African-American women, Omarosa intimated that Williams was ‘a buffoon’ and suggested she get a wig that didn’t sit three inches off her head.

A perturbed Williams then thanked Omarosa for coming on “my show” and ended the interview.

Take a look:

“I wanted to throw her off the set,” Williams later told The Associated Press. “Omarosa wished her career was my career. Omarosa is a delusional, D-list, pathetic woman.”

And for those who think the catfight was staged, don’t expect any repeats of that performance despite Omarosa’s announcement in the interview that she looked forward to coming back once Williams' show had been picked up.

“I have no reason to invite Omarosa back to the show,” said Williams. “That’s done. She had her moment.”
