Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer is denying claims he is tied to a second prostitution ring. A report in the New York Post on Thursday linked Spitzer to another call girl service called Wicked Models, run by 32-year-old Kristen "Billie" Davis. Spitzer resigned from office several weeks ago after he was linked to the Emperor's Club VIP call girl service and prostitute Ashley Alexandra Dupre.

Kristen "Billie" Davis, was arrested on Tuesday in a sting operation targeted to bust open a prostitution ring running under the moniker of Wicked Models. Davis, 32, reportedly owned the business, which provided customers sexual services from "Ivy League-educated" women for up to $1,600 an hour.

Davis' lawyer, Mark Heller, said Davis believes she was targeted by authorities because of rumors that Spitzer was a client of hers, according to the  New York Daily News.

Davis is facing charges of money-laundering and promoting prostitution in connection with the call girl service. Davis pleaded not guilty to all charges on Tuesday. Her lawyer claims Davis earns her income legally and does not run a prostitution service.

The New York Post claims Spitzer was a regular customer of Wicked Models, which is based in Manhattan. The Post reported Davis "personally interfaced with Spitzer a number of times," according to an unidentified source. The Post stated that law enforcement sources have uncovered financial documents and other evidence linking Spitzer to the service.

Spitzer, however, denies he was a customer of Wicked Models. Anna Cordasco, a spokesperson for Spitzer, said, "Mr. Spitzer was not ever a client of Ms. Davis," according to the Post.

The Wicked Models web site, which has now been taken down, claimed the service "is home to some of the most beautiful women in the world," and promised clients dates with "Ivy-league educated" women, some of whom supposedly have graced the covers of "international fashion magazines". The Post claims Davis has a black book list of a rumored 10,000 names, including high-placed politicians and celebrity clients.
