Two college wrestlers who appeared on gay adult Website Fratmen.tv posing nude and performing sexual acts on video have been booted from the University of Nebraska wrestling team for violating NCAA rules, according to the Lincoln Journal Star.
According to Perez Hilton, the NCAA prohibits athletes from receiving compensation for the use of their images by anyone seeking commercial gain. A membership to the website costs $24.95 per month.
The images were first discovered by The Scarlet Project blog, which claims to spread the news, scandal and gossip of the University of Nebraska.
A blogger for the site reported that Paul Donahoe, a national champion in the 125-pound division, and Kenny Jordan, who wrestles in the 133-pound division, were found by an anonymous source on the gay adult website. The two, who have both still photos and video on the site, undress, shower and masturbate, in addition to performing other graphic acts.
“The history of behavior of these men, including the current matter, does not reflect the standard of excellence we aspire to on and off the mat,” Nebraskla wrestling coach Mark Manning said in a statement. “…We will move forward in a positive manner toward our goals. I want to personally apologize for any embarrassment that may have been caused for our athletic department, the university and our fans.”
Currently a Junior, Jordan hails from Frankfurt, IL, and was a two-time state champion there. He went on to become a national junior college champion in that 133-pound category.
A senior, Donahoe, from Davison, MI, has been a go-to guy for the UN – Lincoln team.
For his part, Donahoe has had troubles in the recent past. Back in April he was taken into custody after a confrontation with Lincoln police and refusing to break up a rowdy party at his residence. According to police, his blood alcohol level that night was .122.
