David Archuleta's Father Banned from 'American Idol'
As the seventh season of American Idol winds down, weekly front-runner David Archuleta is finding out that sometimes having a supportive family can be bad for your career. It was announced this weekend that his father, Jeff Archuleta was banned from any further participation from the show after his stage parent meddling caused Fox to incur a fine.May 12, 2008

R&B Singer Sean Levert Dead at 39
R&B singer Sean Levert died on Sunday at the age of 39 at Lutheran Hospital in Cleveland. Levert, the son of O'Jays singer Eddie Levert, died after being struck down with an unknown illness while in jail on charges of failure to pay child support. He was a member of the 1980s trio LeVert with his brother Gerald Levert, who died in 2006 from an accidental overdose, and friend Marc Gordon.Apr 1, 2008
