Andy Dick is at it again.
The 42-year-old, openly bi-sexual comedian was arrested earlier this morning after a 17-year-old girl alleges he pulled down her tank top and exposed her breasts. Dick, who was arrested in 1999 in a hit-and-run DUI accident, had Xanax and marijuana in his pockets, police said.
Dick was arrested 30 miles north of San Diego in Murrieta. According to The Los Angeles Times, police responded to a report of a man urinating outside Buffalo Wild Wings. Police stopped a truck fleeing the scene, and Dick was in the front seat.
According to the article, police pulled Dick out of the truck and lined him up with other men at the scene. The alleged victim and another girl then picked Dick out of the lineup as the assailant.
According to Perez Hilton, Dick was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest. He was held on $5,000 bail at the Southwest Detention Center.
Last year, Perez Hilton ran photos of the comedian on his website with what appeared to be urine on his pants. In the photos, Dick appeared to be forcing himself on a young man at a gay club in the Midwest.
As of press time, Dick was still being held at the detention center.
Dick’s latest stint in rehab was following a 2006 Comedy Central roast of William Shatner. The comedian licked the faces of Farrah Fawcett and Carrie Fisher and allegedly groped a New York Post reporter backstage.
