The 22nd Annual Heights Fun Run is scheduled for Saturday, June 2, 2007.
Start time for runners participating in the sanctioned race will begin
at 7:30 AM. Walkers will start at 7:35 AM and the Kids 1K follows
at 8:30 AM.
The course starts at Heights Blvd. @ 18th. Street heading South,
turning around at 5th Street and heading north on Heights Blvd.
Stopping point for all participants is Marmion Park where the post race
party will begin. Plan to celebrate with food, juice and music
while awards are announced and door prizes are given!
Entry fee schedule:
5K Run & Walk $20 on or before May 31 $25 June 1– June 2
Kids 1K $10 on or before May31 $15 June 1– June 2
The Heights Fun Run is sanctioned by the USA Track & Field and the
Gulf Coast Association USA Track & Field. The 5K course is
certified TAC 86015ETM.
Awards:
Overall Open, Master Male and Master Female receive a $50 Luke’s Locker
gift certificate. Awards go to the top three male and female in the
following age groups: Under 14 15-19 20-29 30-39 40-49
50-59 60-69 70+

Luke’s Locker–1953 West Gray on Thursday, May 31 and Friday, June 1 from 10 AM– 7 PM.
Marmion Park, Saturday , June 2 (Race Day) from 6:15 – 7:15 am
Each entrant will receive a commemorative T-shirt at packet pick up.
