And the hits just keep on coming for suspended Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones, literally. This week, Jones, who has been arrested six times for altercations since being drafted, is now being accused of sucker punching Wanda S. Jackson inside an Atlanta strip club.

A native Georgian, Jones was the first defensive player picked in the 2005 draft after forgoing his senior year of college eligibility. Jones proved to be an impressive player for the club in the first two seasons with 106 tackles, 22 deflected passes, and a league high of 3 punt return touchdowns.

His troubles away from the field, however, quickly began to mount as he was repeatedly arrested for brawls and felony vandalism. In early 2007, an altercation at a Vegas strip club resulted in a shooting which left former professional wrestler Tommy Urbanski, paralyzed.

In April, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended Jones from the entire 2007 season for his off field conduct. After review, Goodell upheld the suspension and Jones went without pay for the entire season.

On the night of January 3rd another altercation reportedly took place at the Body Tap Strip Club in Atlanta, GA.

Wanda Jackson filed for an arrest warrant with the Fulton County Magistrate Court, which stated: "I was sitting in the office and he lunged at me numerous times in an effort to do grave bodily harm. Veronica Jones, an owner, went into the hall to deal with a member of his entourage. I followed to gawk. He was in the hall, surprisingly reached over or around a security guard and sucker punched me in my left eye."

Jones' attorney told the press that as of yet no warrant has been issued against Jones.

A representative for the Titans said in a statement to the Associated Press Tuesday afternoon "As we have said throughout his suspension, we will not comment on Adam Jones until he is reinstated by the commissioner."
